Cybernetic view on creation of political message |

| In the article we consider how political messages are created by politicians who want to achieve the support, votes and popularity of the society. This complex problem appears to be an inverse (in some sense) to the classical message transmission problem considered in the Shannon-Wiener information theory. Using this observation we show how the message could be created. |
